S&C (SNC), having the souls of Sincerity & Challenge, was founded in 2000 in South Korea (Republic of Korea). The company started to its business with the slogan of“With the Sincerity of Today, For the Challenges of Tomorrow”.

S&C, is a group specializing in the production of front actuators for the construction equipment and has been a successful strategic partner with DOOSAN since 1999. S&C's well-developed and widely known technical know-how, in 2010 resulted in OEM product contract for the construction machine attachments with OKADA, one of Japan's leading companies. Its OEM experience opened new prospects for the production of S&C's own excavator attachment brand Bullstern.

Having met customers with high quality attachments so far in Asia, S&C established the regional representative SNC Machine Import and Export Co. Ltd. in 2017 in Turkey to offer high quality and high performance Bullstern excavator attachments to the prospective customers in Europe and the region.

Bullstern is the brand of excavator attachments designed, and manufactured by S&C.

Bullstern excavator attachments have been widely credited for the product quality and reliability in the construction sector. Moreover, Bullstern excavator attachments have also been noticeably recognized by introducing products that are far ahead of customers’ needs and expectations. As S&C, we are pouring all of our efforts in developing, manufacturing and quality-controlling every inch for better and more reliable products.

As a result, Bullstern excavator attachments in a short time period took its place in the market as one of the World's best excavator attachments in the Construction Machinery Equipment and Attachments category, especially with unique Vibro Ripper (Vibro Breaker) and Vibro Hammer (Pile Driver / Vibro Drawer) products.
